Great So Far And I Am Not Bashing Them

Sounds like a perfect opportunity for them….to promote them to you as Scratch items and call them the”GVS” versions or something. I am confident that PSO2 Meseta they do update them but it’s more rewarding for them to sell you the remade from scratch outfits than providing them for free. Yeah, I fully expect them to go this route. I have worked in the market previously and rigging palms up is not hard work, the issue is how many costume items will have to be altered without a financial justification. Plus giving people fully working items with all the advantages (on what is basically a brand new sport ) could deincentivise players buying the”new” stuff. Yeah. However, with recolors and sell them as new instead of giving us the capability to recolor them freely. And then the ones that you could recolor prices buying scratch things for a color pass.

Personal speculation: PSO2 is being ported to the NGS engine to keep players occupied involving NGS content releases. No new content will probably be released for it out of cosmetics, of which will be obtained/ported from NGS events/scratches to have people to perform with that. It’ll be removed after a few years after all the players have migrated over and the only people in the PSO2 cubes are diehards holdouts/nostalgia. Probably. It’s a brand new game so chances are similar to some other Online RPG the initial release won’t have much in regards to an endgame for those players who hit maximum level on day 1. It will be wonderful to simply switch cubes anytime I wanna hit up an old UQ though. There is never a reason not to visit magatsu.

Excellent FAQ, answers a lot of my initial doubts.

Gosh, this looks so complicated. On the 1 hand, kudos for keeping the game intact so there will not be a riot over fluctuations people don’t like. But on the other hand, since they’re remaking base PSO2 visuals anyhow, I wish they’d just go 100% and synchronize character models completely. Giving old players a few free style items and unlocks will be enough to bribe everyone to take the new system.

Synchronizing 100% character models doesn’t sound easy. The dilemma is that the old outfits and coating wear are modeled to fit the old Buy meseta pso2 body. To be able to synchronize it, they would have to recreate from scratch (haha pun) 8 decades of makeup. That’s unlikely to occur. Well, I mean that I’d be willing to drop a certain percentage of those makeup to help keep things intact across variations. As long as there’s a steady feed of cool new stuff to replace it, I don’t mind. I constantly rotate out my older appearances anyhow. Provided that the character models translate 1:1 it’ll still feel just like mine.
